- Individualized diet plan for your specific BMR, RMR, body fat %, body weight, and your type and length of training.
- Your current diet will be analyzed with your health and weight history.
- You will be given a list of foods to choose from and exactly how much to eat per meal.
- Your meal log on trainingpeaks.com will be checked and analyzed weekly followed by an e-mail from me to help enhance your diet.
- Unlimited e-mail contact to answer your questions.
- One face to face meeting (two hours) to explain your individual program. You will be provided with handouts and a folder to track your program.
