Coaching Services
Initial set-up will include:

- Evaluation of training history
- Development of long and short term training/racing goals specific to the individual athlete
- Creation of season 
- Training/Racing blueprint
- Medical/Injury history questionnaire
- Set-up Training Peaks account

Coaching is structured to the individual athlete.  
Training plans are provided on a weekly basis via e-mail and include the following:

- Unlimited communication initiated by the athlete via e-mail and/or phone      
- Detailed description of the workouts      
- Purpose of the workout (speed, strength, recovery, etc.)     
- Heart rate and/or power training zones      
- Distance and time to be covered in the workout      
- Monthly testing to assess fitness gains      
- Other specific details or notes tailored to the athlete     
- Schedule adjustments when needed      
- Unlimited power files analyzed     
- Taper plan     
- Race day nutritional/strategy planning     
- D1 Multisport account with Training Peaks
