The first step in Division One Multisport coaching is to determine your goals and assess your prior training history.  From this information, we will be able to start to coordinate an individualized training plan.  As a client, you will be testing your fitness on a routine basis to gauge improvement and allow us to provide more accurate and personalized workouts.  

Each training week will be goal-oriented, but flexible if needed.  Communication between coach and athlete is the key to success: it is more valuable to change a workout if you are not feeling well rather than to try  pushing through it.  You can expect m
ost communication to be accomplished via e-mail or telephone.  
The better the communication-the more specific the workouts.
